Privacy Policy

In accordance with Saudi Arabia's Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL).

1. What we collect

When you place an order through this portal we collect: your table number, the items you order, an anonymous device session token, and timestamps. If you make a reservation we additionally store your name, phone number, and party size.

2. How we use it

Order data is routed to our kitchen and POS to prepare your food and produce an official tax receipt issued by our certified POS (ZATCA-compliant). Reservation data is used only to confirm your booking.

3. Payments

Resol does not store card details. Card payments are processed exclusively by certified Saudi payment gateways (Moyasar / PayTabs). This portal acts only as an order-routing layer and is not a digital wallet.

4. Retention

Order data is retained for accounting purposes per ZATCA requirements. Reservations are deleted within 90 days of the visit.

5. Your rights

Under PDPL, you can request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data. Contact us at privacy@resol.cafe.
